1. The PVC Pipe Production Line  is mainly used in manufacturing PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thickness which are widely used in agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc.

2. This line is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum forming table, dragger, cutter, stirring-up rack etc. The screw extruder and extractor adopt the imported AC frequency control device. The vacuum pump and the electric vehicle motor are of superior quality. The traction modes such as two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, and six-claw and so on are available.

3. Our company can allocate the special installation for the manufacture of the inner wall spiral coil and core ply blister tube set according to the client’s requirement.
