Agglomerator
The Agglomerator is a compact and efficient machine used to densify and pre-condition soft plastic materials such as PE, PP, and LDPE films, bags, and woven sacks before pelletizing.
It works by frictional heating and mechanical compaction — the fast-rotating blades cut, heat, and partially melt the plastic scraps, which then form small, uniform granules or lumps after cooling.
