01Open, inspect, and meter the feedstock into a stable continuous flow.
02Reduce bottles, film, or rigid parts to the size required by the washing process.
03Use friction, water, and temperature where required to release surface contamination.
04Remove labels, fines, metals, and different-density materials from the product stream.
05Mechanically remove retained water before the final drying stage.
06Stabilize residual moisture and transfer clean material for downstream processing.
