01 — Process & equipment
Ten connected stages to clean rigid-plastic flakes.
The flow maps the full recycling route; the equipment grid below explains the nine core machines that perform each operation.
- 01Feeding & Conveying
Load rigid PP/HDPE waste and establish a steady automated feed.
- 02Shredding
Reduce bulky bottles, buckets, crates, and drums into manageable pieces.
- 03Crushing
Cut pre-shredded material into consistent flakes for washing.
- 04Friction Washing
Scrub away sand, dirt, labels, and surface oil.
- 05Hot Washing
Use heated water and detergent on stubborn oil and glue.
- 06Density Separation
Float PP/HDPE flakes while heavier contaminants sink.
- 07Mechanical Drying
Remove surface water with centrifugal dewatering.
- 08Air Separation
Extract lightweight label and film residue from the flake stream.
- 09Storage & Collection
Collect clean, dry flakes for packing or pelletizing.
- 10Final Output
Deliver reusable PP/HDPE flakes for pelletizing or molding.
Equipment across the line
Nine machines, one continuous route.
Size reduction, intensive cleaning, density separation, drying, storage, and line control work as one system.
Belt Conveyor
Feeds bottles, buckets, crates, and drums evenly into size reduction equipment for stable continuous operation.
01Crusher
Water-assisted cutting reduces pre-shredded rigid plastic into uniform flakes while limiting heat and dust.
02Friction Washer
High-speed scrubbing and water spray remove sand, dirt, labels, and oil before density separation.
03Washing Tank
Density separation keeps clean PP/HDPE flakes floating while metal, paper, and heavier contaminants sink.
04Vertical Dewater
Centrifugal dewatering removes surface water and reduces the moisture content of washed flakes.
05Storage Silo
Buffers and collects clean, dry flakes for bagging or stable feeding into the next processing stage.
06Drying System
Air conveying and thermal drying remove residual moisture after mechanical dewatering.
07Screw Loader
Transfers flakes between washing, drying, and collection modules through an enclosed inclined screw.
08Electric Cabinet
Centralizes line operation, status monitoring, emergency stopping, and overload protection.
0902 — Technical parameters
Choose the throughput your operation needs.
The final configuration is matched to material size, contamination, utility supply, target throughput, and downstream use.
