Flexible plastic recycling system
PP PE Film Washing Line
Processes post-consumer and industrial films, bags, woven sacks, and rigid PP/PE containers into clean, dry material for reuse.

01 — Process & equipment
Eight precise stages to clean PP/PE material.
The overview explains the material route; the equipment cards below identify the six core machines that perform the work.
- 01Film Conveying
Feed loose film evenly into the crushing system.
- 02Crushing
Cut film and bags into consistently sized pieces.
- 03Friction Washing
Scrub away surface dirt, oil, glue, and labels.
- 04Floating Washing
Separate plastics and contaminants by density.
- 05Deep Friction Wash
Repeat intensive cleaning before dewatering.
- 06Wring & Dewater
Mechanically remove most of the surface water.
- 07Drying
Reduce final moisture to below 1% for stable handling.
- 08Silo Storage
Collect clean material for packing or pelletizing.
Equipment across the line
Six core machines, clearly explained.
Each module handles a distinct cleaning, separation, drying, or control task in the continuous line.
Crusher
Water-assisted cutting reduces film, woven bags, and rigid PP/PE material into uniform pieces while limiting dust and blade heat.
01Friction Washer
High-speed helical blades create intensive friction to release soil, oil, glue, and surface contamination with controlled water use.
02Washing Tank
Density separation keeps PP/PE material floating while heavier contaminants sink for automatic discharge.
03Horizontal Dryer
Centrifugal drying removes residual surface water with stable, low-vibration operation before collection.
04Squeezer Machine
Mechanical squeezing and friction heat dewater and densify washed flexible film for easier storage or pelletizing.
05Electric Cabinet
Centralized controls provide status monitoring, overload protection, emergency stopping, and coordinated line operation.
0602 — Technical parameters
Select a capacity that fits your operation.
The final configuration is matched to film condition, contamination, utility supply, target throughput, and downstream use.
